Six new breaches of cessation of hostilities observed in Damascus and Lattakia Countryside

Lattakia, SANA- The Hmeimem-based Russian Coordination Center monitoring the cessation of hostilities agreement in Syria said that over the past 24 hours, the terrorist groups breached the agreement six more times in Damascus and Lattakia
countryside as the total number of the breaches since the agreement came into force reached 1140.

The center added in a statement that the breaches were committed by terrorists of the so-called “Jaish al-Islam” in Damascus Countryside and by terrorists of the so-called Ahrar al-Sham in Lattakia Countryside.

Five new towns in Lattakia province have joined the cessation of hostilities agreement as the total number of the towns which joined the agreement has reached 539, according to the Russian center.

The cessation of hostilities agreement doesn’t include ISIS, Jabhat al-Nusra or other groups designated as terrorist organizations by the UN Security Council.
