Tehran, SANA -Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei said on Monday that Iran is determined to strongly support Syria and Lebanon against Israeli attacks.
“One of the factors contributing to the expansion of the scope of serious Zionist crimes in the region is the feeling of impunity because of the Western support,” Baghaei said in a weekly press briefing.
“Despite the heinous crimes, genocide and war crimes which mustn’t go unpunished, and that is an internationally-recognized principle, however the world witnessed how Zionist entity continued its crimes as the United States hinders justice’s implementation at the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court.” Baghaei added.
He expressed Iran’s readiness to engage in dialogue with various countries with the same approach, taking into account national interests and the three principles; respect, wisdom and national interest.
