Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will slightly rise to become around average as the country is affected by high air pressure accompanied by northwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Sunday bulletin that the skies will be clear in general with some scattered clouds, while the weather will be misty in the eastern and al-Badia (desert) areas.
The winds will be westerly to northwesterly of light speed and the sea waves will be low in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 33/17, Daraa 34/18, Homs 29/19, Lattakia 28/23, Aleppo 33/18
and Deir Ezzor 37/24.
