Damascus, SANA – Temperatures will drop to become below average as the country is affected by ow air pressure accompanied by western air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general with a weak chance of rain showers on the coastal heights during the night, while the weather will be misty in the eastern and al-Badia (desert) areas.
The winds will be western to northwestern of moderate speed and the sea waves will be low to medium in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 32/17, Daraa 30/16, Homs 30/16, Lattakia 26/18, Aleppo 33/16 and Deir Ezzor 36/19.
