Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will continue to rise to become from 2 to 4 degrees above average as the country is being affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Sunday bulletin that the weather will be hot as the skies will be clear and partly cloudy in general, and at night local rain showers are expected over northwestern areas while the weather will be misty in the eastern and al-Badyia”desert” areas.
Winds tend to be light and westerly and the sea waves will be low in height.
Tomorrow, the temperatures will notably drop to become below average and the skies will be partly cloudy in general and local rain showers are expected in different areas.
The expected temperatures will be as follows: Damascus 33/19, Quneitra 28/17, Daraa 34 /20, Homs 33/18, Lattakia 30/20, Aleppo 33/16 and Deir Ezzor 37/20.
