Tuesday weather: Temperatures above average, skies partly cloudy

Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will continue to rise to become slightly above average in most areas as the country is being affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by western air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Tuesday bulletin that the skies will be partly cloudy in general and local rain showers are expected in the mountains.

The weather will be misty in the eastern and Badiya (desert) areas while the wind will be southeastern with a moderate to light speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
Tomorrow, the temperatures will continue to rise to become 2 to 4 degrees above average and the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general.

The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 30/15, Daraa 30/16, Homs 29/14, Hama 31/15, Hasaka 32/16, Lattakia 27/19, Aleppo 29/15 and Deir Ezzor 33/14.
