Beirut, SANA- Lebanese Speaker of the Parliament Nabih Berri and Syria’s Ambassador to Lebanon Ali Abdul-Kareem discussed on Tuesday the latest developments in the region.
Abdul-Kareem affirmed during the meeting that the Russian-US agreement on the cessation of hostilities in Syria and the UN resolutions in this regard came as “an interpretation to Syria’s steadfastness.”
The Ambassador pointed out that Berri was confident efforts would meet to reach outcomes that strengthen Lebanon through benefiting from the successes Syria has achieved.
