Damascus, SANA – The temperatures will continue to rise to be from 5 to 8 degrees above average as the country is being affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Sunday bulletin that the skies will be partly cloudy to cloudy in general and rainshowers are expected over al-Jazira area.
The wind will be with a light to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
Tomorrow, the temperatures will continue to rise to become from 7 to 10 degrees above average and the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general.
The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 22/12, Daraa 21/12, Homs 20/08, Hama 21/10, Hasaka 20/09, Lattakia 22/15, Aleppo 17/08 and Deir Ezzor 21/11.
