100 students who are children of martyrs honored

Damascus, SANA – The Communications and Technology Ministry honored on Thursday 100 students who are children of army martyrs at al-Assad National Library in Damascus.

The honoring ceremony was held in cooperation with al-Bairaq Company-Samsung Electronics accredited agent.

Prime Minister Wael al-Halaqi, who participated in the ceremony, said the government is committed to providing care and all forms of support to the families of martyrs and to the injured army personnel.

A film about Syria that included interviews with relatives of martyrs was screened during the ceremony. Dance and poetry shows were also presented.
