Damascus, SANA – Temperatures will slightly drop, but will remain above average by 2 to 4 degrees as the country is influenced by low pressure system.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general and that it will be cold at night.
It warned of frost forming over the mountains and some inland areas.
The winds will be of light speed, while the sea waves will be of low amplitude, the bulletin said.
The expected temperature degrees in some Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 16/02, Daraa 18/05, Homs 15/03, Hama 17/03, Lattakia 20/10, Hasaka 15/05, Aleppo 13/01 and Deir Ezzor 16/04.
