Damascus, SANA – The temperatures remain above average as the country is under the influence of a low air pressure accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Friday bulletin that the skies will be clear in general with some scattered clouds and the weather will be misty in al-Badiya “desert”, al-Jazeera and the eastern areas.
The winds will be westerly to northwesterly of light to moderate speed, and the sea waves will be of low amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 34/17, Aleppo 34/20, Homs 32/18, Hama 35/19 and Lattakia 32/23.
