Beirut, SANA- Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah stressed that the Americans, who failed to topple Syria through terrorists and funding Takfiris, are trying to bring it down through economic siege and sanctions.
Delivering a speech to mark Martyr’s Day on Friday, Seyyed Nasrallah said: “What Syria is suffering today, after its victory over a global war on the economic and living levels, is untold suffering caused by the so-called Caesar’s Law set by the Americans”.
“The Americans who, by their own admission, brought hundreds of thousands of takfiris, could not bring Syria down. Thus they want hunger and cold in the winter to bring it down.” Sayyed Nasrallah went on to say.
