Damascus, SANA-Interior Minister Lt. Gen Mohammad al-Shaar said terrorist organizations including ISIS “were born out of the womb of international terrorism” to realize a US-Israeli dream in fragmenting the region.
During his meeting with internal security and police officers, the minister stressed that Syria will press ahead with fighting terrorism until security and stability are restored, highlighting the role of internal security forces, side by side with the Syrian army, in defeating terrorist organizations.
He also stressed the important role of policemen in enhancing the prestige of the state and protecting the lives of citizens.
