Damascus, SANA- Prime Minister Hussein Arnous received a cable of congratulation from the Russian Prime Minister, Mikhail Mishustin on the occasion of the 76th anniversary of the Independence Day.
On behalf of Russian government, Mishustin expressed his congratulations on the occasion of the independence Day and his wishes to the Syrian people for peace and prosperity.
He stressed that Russian-Syrian relations are based on friendship and partnership.
Mishustin indicated that the effective bilateral cooperation between the two countries will contribute to developing economic, trade and humanitarian cooperation and create the conditions to start implementing promising projects in many fields in a way that serve the benefit of two countries.
The Prime Minister also receive a cable of congratulation from Iranian First Vice President Mohammad Mokhber in which he affirmed his country’s determination to strengthen bilateral relations with Syria in light of the common denominators between the two friendly and brotherly countries.
He expressed hope for peace and stability in the region.
