Presidential Law extends two extra years for companies to amend their articles of association

Damascus, SANA-President Bashar al-Assad on Tuesday issued Law No. 36 for 2021 that extends two extra years for the companies that haven’t taken measures to be compatible with rules of Article No. / 224/ of the companies’ law, issued by legislative decree No. 29 for 2011 and its amendments.

The law allows companies to make the needed amendments on their articles of Association and incorporation during the coming two years.
