Damascus, SANA-Syria participates in the international mathematical modeling challenge ( IMMC) which is organized by China, from remote, for 5 days.
Distinction and Creativity Agency told SANA that two teams from the National Center for the Distinguished in Lattakia representing Syria will take part in the competition. Each team comprises four students.
The competition revolves around one question to be solved during the 5 days. The solution will be through a report of no more than 20 pages in the English language.
A mathematical model is a description of a system using mathematical concepts and languages. The process of developing a mathematical model is termed mathematical modeling.
