President al-Assad grants a general amnesty for a number of crimes committed by those charged with military service

Damascus, SANA-President Bashar al-Assad issued on Friday Legislative Decree No. 1 for 2021 granting a general amnesty for full penalty of a number of crimes committed by those charged with the military service before March 12, 2021 who intended to evade joining the service temporarily or permanently.

The amnesty includes crimes of forgery and the use of forged documents in addition to manipulation with the aim of evading the military service.
