Health Ministry sends support to al-Freekeh in Hama countryside to enhance response to fires

Hama, SANA- The Health Ministry has sent support to the emergency point in al-Freekeh in Hama countryside to enhance its response to the fires raging in the area, which reached the local’s homes.

The Ministry said in a statement on Sunday that it has supplied the point with three ambulances along with a nursing cadre, bringing the total number to four ambulances equipped with 15 oxygen cylinders and a team that includes a doctor and 3 nurses who will be present around the clock.

The Ministry pointed out that the point is 40 km away from the al-Sqailbiyeh Hospital, which also sent two ambulances to support the medical point, noting that the point is currently providing oxygen services in the place for the people who are suffering from fumes and smoke inhalation, while no case has been transferred to the hospital yet.
