Moscow, SANA- Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov, said that crises in the Middle East region, including the crises in Syria and Libya, can’t be solved only by dialogue and methods of Political diplomacy.
Lavrov during a press conference with his Algerian counterpart Sabri Boukadoum in Moscow on Wednesday, added that Russia is committed to implementing the outcomes of the Berlin Conference on Libya ,contacting all Libyan parties to help them reach a settlement to the crisis, pointing out that Moscow attaches importance to the role of neighboring countries of Libya to achieving this settlement and the need to engage these countries in any talks on this country.
He stressed that the ceasefire in Libya is not an end point but must be followed by a political process aimed at sovereignty and territorial integrity of Libya.
