With her feet, Syrian girl makes the way of science and life

Homs, SANA_ Aya al-Najjar, an 11-year-old Syrian girl, was born in the central province of Homs without arms.

The ambitious girl defied her condition patiently to overcome anything that hinders making her dreams come true, live normal life and to complete her studies.

SANA reporter visited the girl at her school, and accompanied her to her home, where she lives in an environment full of mutual love and respect from teachers and friends.

The fact that she was born without arms, did not prevent Aya from exercising her normal life where she places the copybook on the floor and holds the pen with her toes to write and draw whatever she wants.

The mother Samah al-Najjar stressed that she is proud of her daughter and the rest of her children. She mentioned that she made every possible effort to help her daughter find alternative solutions like using her toes as a means for writing and drawing.

Once the little girl adapted to using her feet skillfully and flexibility, she began to entertain herself by playing some electronic games via mobile in her spare time.

The fifth grade student Aya, wants to be an astronaut in the future.
