Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will continue to rise to become from 3 to 5 degrees above average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure coming from the southeast and accompanied by a semi-tropical high air pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the weather will be hot in most areas while it will be misty in the southern, eastern and al-Badia “semi-desert” regions.
The wind will be of changeable direction with a low speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 37/22, Daraa 37/19, Homs 37/18, Lattakia 33/19, Aleppo and Deir Ezzor 40/26.
