Prime Minister discusses economic cooperation with delegations from Iran, Belarus and Lebanon

Damascus, SANA-Prime Minister, Imad Khamis, discussed on Thursday with a delegation from Iran, headed by Road and Urban Development Minister Mohammad Eslami , means of boosting cooperation in the industrial, investment and trade domains, and the importance of contacts between the Syrian and Iranian companies which are taking part in Damascus International Fair.

Talks during the meeting dealt with the need for moving the economic relations to an advanced stage of strategic cooperation, overcoming any obstacles in front of implementing agreements signed between the two countries and the role of Iranian companies in the reconstruction process.

In a relevant context, Khamis discussed with Industry Minister of Belarus, Utiupin Pavel Vladimirovich, cooperation between the two countries in the trade, agrarian and industrial fields.

Prime Minister also discussed with State Minister for the Parliament affairs in Lebanon Mahmoud al-Kamati means of boosting economic relations between the two countries and the best investment for trade and economic opportunities of Damascus international Fair in a way to enhance trade exchange.
