Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will notably drop to become from 3 to 6 degrees below average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Tuesday bulletin that the skies will be partly cloudy in general and showers will fall over the western, coastal and northern areas.
The wind will be westerly to southwesterly with a moderate speed and the sea waves will be medium in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 25-9, Daraa 18-6, Homs 20-9, Lattakia 21-13, Aleppo 27-9 and Deir Ezzor 32-12.
