Hama, SANA –Army units on Tuesday afternoon conducted intensive operations against positions of terrorist groups and their supply routes in Hama northwestern countryside in retaliation to their breaches of the de-escalation zone agreement.
SANA reporter in Hama said that after tracking terrorists’ movements army units conducted concentrated strikes destroying dens and gatherings of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists on outskirts of Kafr Zita and al-Arba’ain towns in the northern countryside.
Earlier, the reporter said that army units in the morning fired rocket shells on terrorists’ dens and positions in the towns of Shahrnaz and Kafr Naboudeh to the northwest of Hama city in retaliation to their frequent on military posts and safe villages.
The reporter indicated that heavy losses were inflicted upon terrorists in the personnel and equipment and several of their dens, rocket launch pads and varied ammunition and equipment were destroyed.
On Monday, army units expanded operations in retaliation to breaches and continued attacks by terrorists of safe areas in the countryside of Hama and Idleb through carrying out intensive operations against positions of the terrorist groups and their supply routes in Idleb southern countryside and Hama northern countryside.
