Damascus, SANA_ Temperatures tend to rise but remain from 2-3 below the average due to superficial high air pressure accompanied by western currents in the upper atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the weather will be sunny to partly cloudy in general and cold at night, warning of the formation of ice over the mountains and frost and fog in some inland areas.
The wind will be easterly to northeasterly of light speed and sea waves will be medium to high in amplitude.
Temperature continue to rise on Saturday and Sunday to become around the average and the weather will be sunny to partly cloudy in general .
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 10-1, Daraa 11-2, Hama 11-2, Lattakia 16-7, Aleppo 8-0 and Deir Ezzor 12-1.
