Kuwait, SANA – Syria’s football team concluded its friendly matches in preparation for the AFC Asian Cup finals, scheduled on the 5th of next January in the UAE, with a 2-1 win over its Kuwaiti counterpart.
In a press conference following the match, Coach of the Syrian team the German Bernd Stange said that it was a deserved win as the Syrian football players dominated the whole game and scored two goals.
He underlined the importance of theose friendly matches to reach the best football team formation and technique.
Stange added that the atmosphere was exciting and the cheers of the crowds since the very beginning of the match gave us additional impetus.
