Amman, SANA – Syria’s Under-18 basketball team lost its fourth and final match 51-81 to its Lebanese counterpart at West Asia Qualifiers held in the Jordanian capital of Amman.
The Syrian team was one of the qualified teams for the Asian Cup finals which will be held in Thailand next August, after gaining third place at the tournament.
Syria’s Under-18 basketball team had won in its first match 104/97 against Iraqi team, lost in its second one 47/106 to its Iranian counterpart, and won in its third match against the Jordanian team.
