Damascus, SANA – Public Works and Housing Minister Hussein Arnous discussed with a delegation of an Iranian industrial trading group areas of cooperation and investment in the fields of construction, infrastructure, housing and real estate development.
For his part, Abdul-Karim Obaidi, the head of the delegation, expressed the desire of the group, which is specializied in the fields of construction equipment and heavy industries, to establish a company for real estate development in Syria.
Ahmad al-Homsi, the Director-General of the General Authority for Property Development and Investment briefed the delegation on the areas and opportunities that are ready for real estate development investments in Hama, Aleppo, and Damascus Countryside and the requirements of establishing joint companies in the fields of real estate development and investment.
