Moscow, SANA- Russia has condemned the terrorist explosions hit Homs Province, claiming the lives of a number of citizens and injuring others, stressing that those behind the attack must be brought to justice.
The Ministry said in a statement on Sunday that Moscow strongly condemns the barbaric acts of the extremists in Homs. Such acts should receive a strict rating, and their customers, the organizers and sponsors to incur the deserved punishment.
The recent deadly bombings in the Syrian city of Homs are barbaric and aim to disrupt peace talks in Astana and Geneva, the statement added.
It noted that it is impossible to prevent the realization of the terrorists’ plans to disrupt the efforts of the international community in Astana and Geneva to ensure a sustainable cease-fire in Syria and promote a political settlement in Syria through a broad inter-Syrian dialogue and negotiation on the basis of resolution 2254 of the
UN Security Council.
On Saturday, suicide bombers blew themselves up in two security centers in Homs city, claiming the lives of many people and injuring others. Fatteh al-Sham Front (Jabhat al-Nusra), designated as terrorist organization on the international terrorism list, claimed, in a statement on websites, responsibility for the terrorist bombings.
