Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will drop to become slightly lower than average as the country is affected by a low air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere accompanied by a wet air mass.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Sunday bulletin that the skies will be partly cloudy to cloudy in general; rain showers accompanied with thunder are expected in most areas, heavy rain showers are expected on the coastal and northern
areas and al-Jazira.
The winds will be northwestern of low to moderate speed, while the sea waves will be low to moderate in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 13/05, Homs 11/05, Hama 12/06, Lattakia 18/08, Aleppo 13/02 and Deir
Ezzor 15/03.
