Terrorist attacks injure 6 civilians in Damascus

Damascus, SANA – Terrorists on Tuesday fired mortar shells on al-Abbassiyeen and al-Amara residential neighborhoods in Damascus, injuring a woman and causing material damage to many houses and a car.

A source at the Police Command told SANA that a mortar shell hit a car at Gorge Khoury Square in al-Abbassiyeen area, inuring a woman, and causing material damage to the site.

The source added that another shell landed in al-Amara neighborhood near archaeological Amouna bath, causing material damage to two houses, without human casualties.

Another civilian was injured when terrorists fired a mortar round at Harasta suburb in Damascus Countryside.

A source at the Police Command in the province told SANA’s correspondent that the mortar round fell on the roundabout in Block B3, injuring one civilian and causing material damage to the area.

Terrorists fired on Tuesday a mortar shell on Jaramana city in Damascus Countryside, injuring 4 citizens.

A source at the Police Command told SANA that two mortar shells hit Karm al-Zaitoun neighborhood and al-Khudor Street, injuring 4 citizens and causing material damage to a building’s roof and a number of cars.

The source added that another shell fell on B1 Island in Harasta Suburb, causing material damage to the site.

Meanwhile, a terrorist sniper targeted a bus near Rahma oil station in Douma, causing oil leaking without human casualties among the passengers.
