Moscow, SANA- Russian President’s representative to the Middle East, Deputy Foreign Minister Michael Bogdanov discussed on Thursday with the Syrian Ambassador in Moscow Riad Haddad means to settle the crisis in Syria with focusing on the preparation for the Astana talks.
Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement that the two sides exchange views about the situation in Syria with focusing on topics related to the political settlement for the crisis in Syria.
The statement added that a special intention was given to the preparation of the Astana talks on Syria as both sides discussed the facilitation of the comprehensive Syrian-Syrian talks in Geneva in accordance with UNSC resolution no.2254.
