Damascus countryside, SANA-Special sources affirmed on Thursday that the implementation of reconciliation agreement in Khan al-Sheih ended after gunmen handed over their weapons and settled their cases while the others left.
The sources told SANA that the weapons which were handed over by the gunmen included tens of armored vehicles, rockets, RPGs, snipers, rifles and quantities of ammunition.
According to the agreement, 23 kidnapped persons of civilians and soldiers were released, the sources added.
They said that an agreement has been made in al-Tal city in Damascus countryside to end the armed aspects and restore the natural life to it.
The Syrian government is keen to boost local reconciliations in different regions along with the operations of the army to eliminate terrorism and restore security and stability to the whole country.
