Tehran, SANA- Iran’s Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Qassemi announced on Wednesday that the foreign ministers of Iran, Russia and Syria will hold a meeting on Friday in Moscow to discuss the developments of the crisis in Syria.
In a statement to IRNA news agency, Qassemi said that the Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif will visit the Russian capital on Friday to hold a special meeting with his Syrian and Russian counterparts to discuss the latest developments in Syria and the region.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Ministry announced that the talks between Syrian Foreign and Expatriates Minister Walid al-Moallem and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov due to be held on Saturday in Moscow will focus on the military, political, and humanitarian situation in Syria, including the developments in Aleppo.
