Damascus, SANA –Syria’s ancient civilizations is the theme of the 2ndJasmine Alphabet fashion show for the Syrian and international designer Manal Ajaj that is due to take place on October 18th in the Lebanese capital of Beirut.
In a statement on Monday, the designer Ajaj said that the show includes designs featuring the successive civilizations over 13 historical eras starting from Ugarit till nowadays.
The collection includes 30 dresses that combine civilization, art and modernity, said Ajaj, adding that a dramatic show entitled the suffering of Jasmine directed by the star Abdel Mounem Amairi,, which shed light on the current situation in Syria, will also be displayed.
The 1st edition of the Jasmine Alphabet fashion show was organized in the German city of Berlin.
