Monday weather: Temperatures above average, skies clear

Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will continue to rise to become from 2 to 4 degrees above average as the country is affected by a weak low air pressure coming from the southeast and accompanied by a high pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

The Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the skies will be clear in general while the weather will be misty in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badiya “desert” areas.

The speed of the wind will be light and the sea waves will be low in height.

Tomorrow, the temperatures will remain from 3 to 5 degrees above average and the skies will be clear in general while the weather will be misty in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badiya areas.

The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 32/16, Daraa 33/17, Homs 33/14, Lattakia 35/18, Aleppo 32/17 and Deir Ezzor 35/19.
