Sunday weather: Temperatures above average, skies hot and clear

 

Damascus, SANA- Temperatures continue to rise gradually to become above average from 2 to 4 as the country is still being affected by the seasonal Indian low air pressure accompanied by the subtropical high air pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

The Meteorology Department said in its Sunday bulletin that the skies are hot and clear in general and misty and very hot in the eastern, al- Jazira and al-Badiya (desert).

The winds are northwesterly of low and moderate in speed, while the sea waves are of low amplitude.

The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 39/22, Daraa 35/21, Hama 41/23, Homs 38/22, Lattakia 33/24, Aleppo 40/23 and Deir Ezzor 44/28.
