Damascus, SANA-Temperatures remain around or slightly above average as the country is still being affected by a seasonal Indian low air pressure accompanied by a subtropical high air pressure at the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Saturday bulletin that weather is relatively hot and skies are clear in general,misty in the eastern, al-Jazira and al-Badia (desert) areas.
It added that the winds will be northwesterly of low and moderate speed and the sea waves will be of low amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 38/21, Daraa 35/21, Hama 37/23, Homs 34/21, Lattakia 32/26, Aleppo 38/21 and Deir Ezzor 42/25.
