Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will drop, but remain above average from 2 to 4 degrees as the country is still being affected by the seasonal Indian air pressure accompanied by a subtropical low air pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the skies are very hot and clear in general and misty in the eastern, al-Jazir and al-Badia (desert) areas.
The winds are going to be northwesterly of low and moderate speed, while the sea waves will be of low amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some main cities are as follows: Damascus 38/21, Daraa 36/20, Homs 35/20, Hama 38/22, Lattakia 31/22, Aleppo 39/21 and Deir Ezzor 43/25.
