Damascus, SANA The Central Bank of Syria (CBS) set on Sunday the exchange rate of the USD against the Syrian Pound (SYP) at 487.41 for banks, 487.42 for exchange companies and 485 for transfers.

The bank set the price of the EUR against the SYP at 544.66 for banks, 544.67 for exchange companies and 541.96 for transfers.

The CBS  set the intervention price in the foreign exchange market and the exchange rate to finance imports remained at SYP 470 for 1 dollar.
