Cuba calls for the Israeli withdrawal from the Syrian Golan

Geneva, SANA-Cuba affirmed on Tuesday that the possible solution to the humanitarian situation in the occupied Syrian Golan is the withdrawal of the Israeli occupation from it according to the UN relevant resolutions.

Anayansi Rodriguez, the Permanent Representative of Cuba to the United Nations, pointed out to the Israeli continued violation of human rights of the Syrian citizens in the occupied Syrian Golan in a flagrant violation of the international resolutions.

Addressing the 22^nd session for the UN Human rights Council, Rodriguez called on the Council to practice its duties in a full manner, saying that the government of the Israeli occupation turns a blind eye to the international resolutions.

She condemned the Israeli elusion from punishment in spite of its violation of the international laws in Palestine and other occupied Arab lands, calling for reaching a just and fair solution to the Arab-Israeli conflict.
