Damascus, SANA- Temperatures remain around average as the country is affected by southeastern low air pressure accompanied by western air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Tuesday bulletin that the skies will be clear to cloudy in general with a chance of rain showers on the coastal heights and al-Jazira area, while the weather will be misty in the eastern and al-Badia (desert) areas.
The winds will be westerly to northwesterly of moderate speed and expected to be sometimes active.
The sea waves will be medium in height.
The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 33/19, Daraa 34/21, Homs 27/22, Lattakia 28/24, Aleppo 33/20 and Deir Ezzor 35/24.
