Saturday weather: Temperatures above average, skies clear

Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will continue to rise to become from 4 to 7 degrees above average as the country is being affected by a high air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.

The Meteorology Department expected in its Saturday bulletin that the weather will be relatively hot and the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general while the weather will be misty in the eastern and al-Badyia “desert” areas.

The wind will be westerly to northwesterly with a light to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in height.

Tomorrow, the temperatures will continue to rise to become from 6 to 9 degrees above average and the weather will be hot as the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general while the weather will be misty in the eastern and al-Badyia areas.

The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 34/18, Daraa 34/17, Homs 29/15, Lattakia 27/20, Aleppo 31/15 and Deir Ezzor 35/19.
