Damascus, SANA-Syria’s grand Mufti, Sheikh Ahmad Badreddin Hassoun affirmed on Monday the important role of the expatriates in easing the impacts of the hostile war against Syria and in boosting efforts of national reconciliation among Syrian citizens as well as help reconstruct the country.
Hassoun, meeting a delegation of the Syrian community in Kuwait, hailed the efforts exerted by Syrian expatriates during the latest years, affirming that “victory is imminent and the defeat of terrorism has been achieved by the support of Syrian people to their army.”
Members of the delegation, for their part, showed willingness to help the country and army defeat the conspiracy and contribute to rebuilding the country.
