Sweida, SANA- Authorities, in cooperation with locals, seized Monday in two separate operations, two cars loaded with a big amount of landmines, RPG shells, and different types of ammo were prepared to be smuggled to armed terrorist organizations in the eastern and northeastern desert of Sweida province.
An official source at Sweida governorate told SANA that after a precise observation operation the two cars, loaded with 90 anti-tanks Israeli and US made mines, 25 RPG Shells and a number of BKS machine gun boxes, were confiscated.
Recently, authorities in Sweida confiscated, during many operations, a big number of weapons, ammunition and mines where terrorists were trying to smuggle from Daraa countryside to the desert through Sweida province.
