Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will continue to rise to become from 4 to 7 degrees above average as the country is affected by a high air pressure accompanied by western air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general.
The wind will be southeasterly with a light speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 20/07, Daraa 21/11, Homs 21/06, Hama 22/08, Hasaka 19/10, Lattakia 22/10, Aleppo 18/08 and Deir Ezzor 21/11.
