Geneva, SANA – The United Nations affirmed on Wednesday that it hasn’t sent invitations to anyone other than sides from Syria to attend the talks due to begin in Geneva on Friday, January 29th.
A spokesperson for UN Special Envoy Staffan de Mistura responded to a query about whether delegations from Turkey, Russia, France, and the United States will attend the talks as observers, saying that the UN doesn’t have any intentions to invite any side other than Syrians to the talks.
