Damascus, SANA – The temperatures will remain 3 to 5 degrees below average as the country is affected by low air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere accompanied by a relatively cold and wet air mass.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the weather will be partly cloudy to rainy in most areas and that the rainfalls will be heavy and accompanied by thunder.
The winds will be westerly to southwesterly of moderate speed, and the sea waves will be medium in height.
The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 21/12, Aleppo 22/14, Hama 23/15, Homs 22/13 and Lattakia 24/17.
