Damascus, SANA Temperatures remain above average by 2 to 4 degrees as the country is affected by a southeastern superficial low air pressure accompanied by southwesterly winds in upper layers of the atmosphere and local rain showers are expected in some areas.
The expected temperature are: Damascus 36/21, in Daraa 35/22, in Homs 35/21, in Lattakia 31/22 and in Deir Ezzor 39/25.
The weather is hot and hazy; the winds are northwestern between light and moderate, while the altitude of the sea waves is light, the
Meteorology Department said in its Thursday bulletin.
On Friday and Saturday, no change on the prevailing weather conditions in the country is expected.
