Cham Wings Airlines runs its first flight to Masqat

Damascus, SANA- Cham Wings Airlines had run its first flight from Damascus International Airport to Masqat, the capital of Oman, on Friday.

The commercial director at the company Nizar Suleiman told SANA that an Airbus A320 with accommodation for 170 passengers will fly every week to Masqat to serve the Syrian expatriates at the lowest possible cost, noting that it will add the shipping service to enhance commercial exchange and increase exports between the two countries.

Upon the arrival of the plane to the Omani capital, General- Manager of Security and
Facilitation at the Oman Airports Management Company (OAMC) Abdul Wahab Abdulkarim Al Balushi stressed the importance of increasing number of flights between Damascus and Masqat.

Cham Wings Airlines is launching flights to Bagdad, Beirut, Kuwait, Dubai and Istanbul in addition to its internal flights to Qamishli whose ticket price was decreased to SYP 7500.
